TERMS OF SERVICE
KEY INFORMATION

Up to 18 pax seated in the studio.
All sessions are drop-off sessions. Only families and parents of birthday kid will be allowed to stay on.
No refunds for no shows or cancellation upon confirmation.
Any damage to property of materials due to misuse may incur charges.
A Painted Sip is not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses or lost and damaged belongings.
All parties will begin on time.
Morning session: 9am to 12pm Afternoon session: 2pm to 5pm
Only birthday child and 2 accompanying adults may arrive 15 mins early to set up.
For any catering invited by our clients to our studio at own cost, we charge a $50 handling fee. A Painted Sip will not be liable for any outside food and beverages brought in by participants, including but not limited to issues relating to safety, quality or consumption.
For any extension for use of space for food catering or otherwise, it is charged as $120 per hour of use, if available.
