If I am unable to complete my work within the allocated time, is it possible to request an extension?
Our sessions are thoughtfully structured to allow ample time for the completion of the stencils provided. Should you require additional time, you are welcome to remain for up to 5 minutes beyond the scheduled session. However, we highly encourage guests to remain mindful of time and adjust their pace as needed.
Can I modify my booking or cancel it after payment has been made?
Changes to booking slots are permitted once, provided they are requested at least 72 hours in advance. Regrettably, cancellations are not accepted once payment has been processed. Cancellations on appointy via email will only lead to a cancellation of the slot and not a refund. You can however, let someone else take over your slot, just whatsapp us!
What are the consequences of a no-show for my booking?
A no-show will be considered as an attended session, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Will there be any penalties if I arrive late to the workshop?
While no penalties will be imposed, it is important to note that all sessions conclude as scheduled. Late arrivals may have less time to complete their bottles. To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your session. Punctuality is crucial as we run back-to-back sessions and aim to start on time for all participants.
How can I select my stencils? Can I customise my stencils?
You will be able to pick 6 stencils of your choice at our studio. Additional stencils will be $2 per stencil if you require more than 6 stencils. All stencil choices must be selected from our curated catalog, which has been specifically designed for use with tumbler bottles. We are continuously expanding and refining our stencil collection to offer a broader range of options. For custom stencils, a minimum of 15 participants is required and 3 weeks notice.
How can I ensure my tumbler bottle remains durable and in excellent condition?
To preserve the longevity of your tumbler, we recommend avoiding scrubbing or placing it in the dishwasher. Additionally, protect it from extreme weather conditions and direct sunlight to extend its lifespan.
Can I bring my own food or beverages to the studio?
We regret to inform you that outside food is not permitted within the studio. However, drinks are allowed, provided they are disposed of outside the studio at the conclusion of your session.
