Who we are

A Painted Sip ("we", "us") runs a tumbler painting studio at 320 Jalan Besar, Level 3 Attic, Singapore 208978, sells DIY kits online, and runs Blueprint interactive trails and The Cassette Club. A Painted Sip is registered in Singapore under UEN 202515587W. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Contact details such as your name, phone number and email, when you book, enquire on WhatsApp or email us, or order online.
• Booking and order details such as your session date, party or event details, the products you buy and your delivery address.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment and booking partners. We do not store your full card details.
• Photos and videos taken at our studio or events, if you agree to them being taken.
• Website data such as cookies and basic analytics about how you use our site.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your bookings, parties, corporate events and orders.
• To deliver DIY kits and other products to you.
• To reply to your questions and send you updates about your booking.
• To send you news and promotions, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To share photos of finished tumblers on our social media, only with your permission.
• To improve our website and services.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with partners who help us run our business, such as payment providers, booking platforms (for example Pelago), delivery companies and our website host, and only as much as they need to provide their service. We may also share data where the law requires it.

Photos at our studio

We love sharing your creations. We will always ask before posting photos where you or your guests can be identified. If you would like a photo of you taken down, message us and we will remove it.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work properly, remember your cart and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, such as checkout, may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, for tax and accounting records). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email apaintedsip@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide some services, such as a booking.

Keeping your data safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we only let people who need it see it.
