Bookings

• All studio sessions are by appointment. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
• Sessions run for about 2 hours. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot be given extra time without an extension.
• Extensions are available at $15 per hour per person, subject to availability.

Changes, cancellations and no-shows

• You can change your booking slot once, at least 72 hours before your session.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment. You are welcome to send someone else in your place: just let us know on WhatsApp.
• A no-show counts as an attended session, with no refund or rescheduling.

At the studio

• Outside food is not allowed in the studio. Drinks are welcome but must be thrown away outside the studio.
• Children aged 3–4 must be accompanied and guided by a parent or guardian.
• Please take care with materials and equipment. You may be charged for damage caused on purpose or through carelessness.
• Paint can stain. We provide aprons, but we are not responsible for paint on clothing or belongings.

Your creation

• Every tumbler is hand-painted, so small marks and imperfections are part of its charm.
• Follow the tumbler care card you receive to keep your design looking its best.
• All colours at the studio are on a rotational basis and depend on availability.

Parties and corporate events

• Package prices, inclusions and guest numbers are as listed on our Kids Party and Corporate pages or in your quote.
• Function room and off-site events have an additional $100 transport fee.
• Custom corporate stencils need about 3–4 weeks of lead time.
• A 50% deposit confirms your party or event. The balance and your final guest numbers are due 7 days before the date.

Promotions and SG Culture Pass

• Our Signature Tumbler Painting Workshop is SG Culture Pass eligible.
• Promotions and birthday perks cannot be combined unless we say so, and may change at any time.

DIY kits and online orders

• Delivery within Singapore is free and usually arrives in about 3 days.
• Colour themes are as shown, but exact shades may vary slightly. Sticker themes are picked at random.
• If your kit arrives damaged or with missing items, message us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
• All DIY kit sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds, but we will replace any damaged or missing items as above.

Photos

We may take photos at sessions and events to share on our website and social media. We will always ask first. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking or order applies.
